Visit Stamp
Confirmation of meetings is important to ensure that visitors have successfully met with the intended contact. Currently, signatures or stamps are commonly used for this purpose. Wouldn’t it be better to have a system that confirms meetings through an application?
Just-iD has developed the E-Stamp function. By using the Just-iD which scans QR Codes for meeting confirmation, the system can capture photos and print details to accompany the meeting confirmation. Additionally, the system can stamp the date, time, and GPS location at the point of E-Stamp. This feature enhances the efficiency of meeting confirmations and raises the standard of verification.
