If we need to record vehicles or individuals who regularly enter and exit the area, the system will have a Member function (Digital Card) to log entry and exit, replacing the need for ID cards or driver’s licenses. Those who need a card must provide basic information to the admin to create a card in the backend system, which will then generate a digital card. When entering the area, the staff will scan the QR Code on the card. The system will automatically retrieve the registered information and log it into the system. Member cards cannot have an expiration date or validity period.

Hands the printed slip to the visitor.
Outbound

Presents the slip (received upon entry) to the security staff.
Security Staff Scans the QR-Code Verifies entry data and captures a photo as evidence of exit from the premises.

Member cards suitable for regular contacts such as contractors, organization employees, factory transporters for receiving-delivering goods, special in that it can indicate Position/Department and specify duration, scannable with Just-iD Visitor , suitable for shift workers.
