Self pre-register system : Allows individuals to register in advance to visit the area through a link.
If someone wants to contact the area and we need to verify their information before granting access, they must register in advance for review. Just-iD has developed the Register function, or pre-registration system. Admin must configure and set up the access conditions in the backend system. The system will create a form and link. If someone wants to contact the area, we will send the link for them to fill out the form. After completing the form, the system will automatically generate a Digital Card and send the information to the destination email for review. Once the information is correct, we can click Approve (approve) in the email. The visitor will present the Digital Card to the staff for scanning. The system will show that it has been approved. Additional details and photos can be entered into the system to complete the registration.

The administrator generates a pre-registration link for the visitor.

After Generate pass card, the system will display the card.
