Entry
Customer / Visitor
Present your national ID card or driver’s license to the security personnel.
Just-iD Visitor
Retrieve data from the chip on the national ID card or driver’s license.
The security guard will ask for and enter additional information.
*Additional information can be entered via input fields or by creating dropdown lists for location selection in the backend system.
Photos are captured as evidence upon entry, and all data is recorded in the online system.
The security guard returns the national ID card or driver’s license and provides the printed slip from the device.

The system displays the number of people entering and exiting, those currently on-site, and those who have stayed for more than 24 hours.
It also provides detailed records for each individual, including date, time, name, license plate number, photo, on-site status, and more.
All data can be exported as PDF or Excel files for reporting and analysis.

Product Warranty Terms and Associated Costs

The product is covered by a 1-year warranty. If a defect occurs within the warranty period, the device will be replaced immediately. (Customer is responsible for shipping costs.)

After the 1-year warranty expires, a loaner device will be provided during repair. Repair and parts costs will be charged as applicable.

Rental fee for Just-iD Cloud Server is 1,000 THB per device per year.

Internet service can be obtained from any general shop, Wi-Fi can be used, or purchased from the company’s service provider.

Product delivery will be made within 3 to 14 days after order confirmation. (Free delivery with on-site support and training team.)
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
- If the badge exchange device is dropped, broken, damaged, water-exposed, or otherwise harmed due to user negligence or misuse, the company reserves the right to void the warranty (warranty termination).
However, the company will assist with repairs and replacement of parts to restore functionality free of labor charges. Only the cost of replacement parts will be charged.
